Let us take a moment to identify and ignite the spark within by establishing a pure connection to your divine self - your highest wisdom.
During this mini-workshop, I will assist and guide you into a meditative state - aiding you to deep dive into your soul, the space within. Meditation holds many wonderful benefits from reducing stress, controlling anxiety, enhancing self-awareness, lengthening attention span, reduce memory loss, generating kindness, fighting addictions, improving sleep, controlling pain and decrease blood pressure!
After the meditation you will then have the opportunity to sit down with me in reflection - during these moments of reflection I will introduce a variety of topics that will assist you in discovering yourself, finding your purpose and creating a good life!
