The truth about chemical food additives

Have you noticed that labels sometimes look like a chemistry ingredient list. Have you ever thought how terribly harmful these chemicals potentially are for the body?  

 If you suffer at all from brain fog, memory loss, cognitive impairment, altzheimers or dementia then it's time to stop these toxins entering your system, and your brain!  

 I'm referring to MSG, Colourants, Artificial Flavours and Preservatives!  

 Please start looking at all the ingredients of all packaged food and spices.  

 Items such as: glutamate,hydrolyzed, autolyzed, protease, carrageenan, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate, balsamic vinegar, barley malt, malt extract, yeast extract, brewer’s yeast, corn starch, wheat starch, modified food starch, gelatin, textured protein, whey protein, soy protein, soy sauce, broth, bouillon, stock, and seasoning - should all be avoided as much as possible as they cause or contribute towards the following:-  

- Builds up in the brain causing chronic inflammation, disrupts electrical impulses, weakens neurotransmitters, burns out neurons - causing confusionand anxiety. Can lead to micro-strokes  

- Weakens and injures the nervous system 

Stick with proper food - food that's been grown in the ground, or picked off a tree, not food that's been placed in a box and put on the shelf to last forever!
